Hopefully someone here can help me! Our free software is doing extremely well in Europe, but still has not yet taken off in the US, and it baffles me...anyone have any suggestions?

The software: GigaTribe (www.gigatribe.com) allows users to share specific folders on their computer with friends & family located anywhere there is an internet connection. You can even use GigaTribe to access your computer from a remote location (work, etc...). It's 100% safe (128-bit blowfish encryption, no spyware/adware), you can transfer huge files (no-limit!) and it's easy to set up.

What I've done so far: forums, contacting bloggers/journalists/specialized news websites... We are a small self-financed company that is doing great but doesn't have the resources to spend a lot on advertising. Word of mouth has done great for us in Europe (where we're based), yet in the US, adoption has been relatively slow...

Any ideas?!

You can post here or email me at john at gigatribe dot com (questions about the software or the company are welcome as well!)

Thanks!

:)
