Just for note, I did install version 3.0 from the eright.. website (actually upgraded).

My issue is converting .avi to.FLV

It seems to only occur when the .avi file is over a minute or so. I tested with shorter videos (under 30 seconds) and the conversion completes and the .FLV is created OK. And I also watched the entire avis to ensure they were not damaged.

I tested several lengths of .avi files all outputted from the same source for consistency in testing.
