My computer crashes and freezes and I always get the blue screen, whenever I am trying to download from limewire or tryijng to watch a video from vh1 or abc or any of the others. I have sent it in for repair several times, but when i get it back its always the same. They will not give me a refund they keep sending it back after suppposedly repairs saying that its fine. What can I do myself. As I am about to just buy a new computer, because this one always, always crashes.
