CANNOT provide magical solutions and have absolutely no time to decrypt enigmas.

What we can eventually do in the best case, is to provide some
technical solutions to a very precise and well defined problem,

We cannot anymore answer any query of the like:
I need some help..
I have the same problem..
I got an error what to do..
Why I have an error when encoding..
This program never works, how can I encode my files..
When I encode my avi to 3gp I got error, why
The previous version was great but I always got errors with the current one.. <-- this is my favorite

The examples shown above are totally useless to ask, pure waste of time, as we
have absolutely no means to know what is the reason causing the error on your PC.

If you have a technical problem using SUPER(C) leading to an ERROR,
and you are seeking a technical advice, and you really want us to help you find a solution,
we absolutely need to know 4 very important points, any missing one will stop us from searching in the good direction:


1. Absolutely full details about your settings:
Make a right click, export exactly the setting profile you used when the error occurred
and save it as (.spf) file, open it with NotePad or any other text editor to copy & paste
its content.
please specify the version number you are using.
2. Absolutely full details about your input file:
Make a double click on the file in the Job-list, a MediaAnalysisBox opens, copy & paste
the results to your post without editing any line.
3. Details about your PC:
We need to know: CPU speed, RAM size, HD free space (on the OS Drive), OperatingSystem.
4. Read the ERROR message (if any):
To confirm that you have clicked the RED error message and you followed the proposed suggestions before posting.

Any missing point of the above 4 (ALL THE FOUR NO EXCEPTION) = no response to your query (at least from me)

You are also welcome to provide any additional detail that you consider useful, however
avoid telling stories, what we need is technical facts and values.

If however you need to post about a problem NOT showing any error, then
simply provide the first 3 requested points.
