W3Exchange / Getting error message on every file I try and convert file with Super

was very excited to see this since I have been looking for a program to convert tv programs for my Zune. But every file I have tried has given me an error message. One message told me that I should check the box for Direct Show and the next time it failed it told me it could be because I had the Direct Show box checked. I unchecked it again and tried again but still got an error message. I have tried to convert 2 divx files and one .avi and nothing has worked yet. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with the files themselves, but I have no clue what to do now. Any ideas?

your not alone, there are a lot of people having problems converting just about anything to .wma8 (conversion to zune format). i myself have been unsuccessful converting .avi's and .vob's to .wma8. im a little surprised this issue hasn't been acknowledged (from what i can see) by the creators (no offense, great program otherwise). hopefully a software update isn't to far off.
