I finally managed to download and install build 21 and it is not the same as build 19. Build 19 could pretty much encode everything and anything for me and build 21 is kinda quirky. So what I want to know is if and when there will be a fixed release for 2007 build 21? One the other hand how about re-enabling build 19 in the meantime while the bugs are being fixed in build 21.
