I had a h264 in mp4 container to recode to xvid in avi container, the original source has a fps of 23.976 and the only option was to recode the file to 23.98 and the output file had the sound delayed.
I dont know if there's anyway to use this fps of the source file on the new file as i am a noob on SUPER. The only solution is to get separate video from audio and then mux after reconvert the audio to the fps specified on the output file?
