I am using Super to convert a mpeg2 transport stream to an .mkv container with h264/avc and ac3.  I somehow managed to change my profile levels from the default , but after I encode the file, and read the file in mediainfo, and the profile and resolution of the file are bizarre (such as 0@L0.0, and 16 pixels by 32 pixels). 

WHat are correct/ideal profile settings for a 720P HD video stream?

I tried many different settings, with baseline, and main, but none seems to work for me, since I lost my default settings...
