Finally I fixed it.
If anyone faces the same problem,
here is what you need to do.
1. Download Xoftspy and Rougefix
2. Run Windows in Safe Mode with Networking
3. Scan the full system with Xoftspy and quarantine
4. Run Rougefix and remove it fully.

Did u tried Norton ANtivirus 2006 to fix this problam?

Norton Anti virus doesn't remove this exploit virus.
I have used several other programs to remove it and they do not work either.
It still remains some where in my system. All the programs I found so far have to be paid for. I already have paid for several such as Norton's Anti virus.
