Hi,
I have to convert an mp4 file into either avi or mpg, could someone tell me what's better between avi and mpg ? Also I read that to convert to avi, I should:

select ffmpeg
select AVI as output container
select DivX as output video codec
select mp3 as output audio codec
uncheck DirectShow Decode

could someone tell me the drill to convert to mpg?
