I'm using Super build 32 to convert some mkv files to mp4 for iPhone use. The mkv files contain Japanese audio, English audio, and English subtitles. I can select the English audio track, but I am getting my mp4 rendered with the English subtitles also.

Is there any way to tell Super to not encode the subtitles into the result? If not in the gui, is there a setting in the profile file?
