What do I do with Super in order to put an audio track into the final MPG while encoding a PNG image sequence?

PNGs obviously don't have audio, and I don't know a good way to "injecting" it into the video without losing the quality of the original images by encoding it twice through another program.

I couldn't find an AVISynth script to suit my purposes for this.
