I seem to be having issues converting my FLV file to a MP4 (IPod 5.5G) file. The following are the details for this issue. Any help is appreciated

1. Absolutely full details about your settings:
Make a right click, export exactly the setting profile you used when the error occurred
and save it as (.spf) file, open it with NotePad or any other text editor to copy & paste
its content.

To confirm that you have clicked the RED error message and you followed the proposed suggestions before posting.

If the "DirectShow Decode" is not checked, you may try to check it on.
Then I checked "DirectShow Decode" and it gave me another error message much the same, but this time it tells me to uncheck the "DirectShow Decode"
