Problems with AVCHD

Hi my camera is a Panasonic HDC HS9 which records in the AVCHD format.
I've exported the footage to my computer and is now an .M2TS file.
This is where the problems start, when I try dragging it into Super and try to encode it, it comes up with an error

'ATTENTION!
BluRay Video HDTV are Not supported, refer to our webpage'

I was wondering if somebody could perhaps help me find out what this means, or maybe even get around it?

Thanks for your time
George.

as stated in the message
the v2008.build.30 SUPER(C) does NOT support the m2ts BluRay format rendered by your camera.
it supports however the m2ts transport stream only.

refer to our web page means: the non support of the BluRay format is clearly outlined
on the main web page of SUPER(C)
