Encode multiple files to a single file?

This isn't something that needs the specs of my computer so I am not posting them. I just wanted to know if this is possible. I know it is with mencoder but I am horrible at using it (something always goes wrong) and I was hoping Super could do it for me. I checked the FAQ and didn't did see anything in there about this and of course I checked the menu but couldn't find anything. If someone has done it before could you just say how? Sorry for the trouble and thanks for taking the time to read this. ^_^

The DirectShow Decode feature has this Join Identical Files option. You might try looking into it...
