I used super with succes last few month's but now I get the message. No internet connection if I want to start downloaden an video file from the web And super is in offline mode. There is no firewall or something like that. Is there anyone who know what I could do to solve this problem?

I have the same problem. I can test for current version. I have loaded the current version.
Could this be a firewall problem? Do know what setting should be used for Norton 360? Thank you

Not if you can successfully read the update message when you click on Check For Latest SUPER © Update

I too am having this problem. On Windows XP using v2008.build.25. Can check successfully for the latest version. And yes, I am on a 192.168.1.x network.

Everything worked OK until I updated.

I am having this same issue. I am using v.25 supposedly from the 5th of Feb?.

I am able to initially see the page but then I can't seem to download a new file. Also I am on a 192.168* setup.

I have this "no internet connection" problem whenever I try to add any media streaming links. I'm using latest SUPER version (.32) on windows xp sp3. and I'm on a 192.165.*.* network. program is not blocked by xp's firewall. please any help?

actually I have the latest version (from July 8th) installed, still I get this error.

but also, now that I launched the program, avast antivirus showed up this:

I told avast to move the file to chest and then the program started up. and now it happens every time I launch SUPER.

same here no internet. i have a router and iam in small lan i tryed to in dmz(all ports forwarded) i closed firewall still no working . ofc newest version.

I have the same problem, up to a few days ago everything was running OK but now (when I try to record a mms: stream) I always get the message "Was not able to detect a high speed internet connection"
I also can't check for updates, a site in french language opens with 'erreur 404'
What is the cause of this problem ???
