SUPER x64?

Hi, will it be any x64 support? I mean, one of the main advantages for the 64bits processing power would be video processing, Right?

By the way, I just can't believe that you have an AWESOME software but a TERRIBLE page, its a pain in the ass trying to download the software.

Re: SUPER x64?

I gotta second that. Always had a hard time finding the download link, and then it doesn't do the download and several times a page come up that looks just like the one before - or does it not? Many download buttons the do not initialize the download. Anyway, very confusing..

And then here, I only registered to reply to a topic about the new system requirements message at start up, (which is ridiulous with my specs), so I register and get auto-directed to I-don't-know-where I am, and never can find the topic again.

So with the July 8 version I have the following issues:

- System requirements not matching message at start up
- SUPER trying to access the internet at start up and taking like minutes to bring up its interface
- Audio bitrate for flv limited to 64 kbit - what the hell?!?
- SUPER closes automatically after encoding

Don't know if I can hope this will ever find attention here, but I just don't have any more time now to start a new thread. I really hope these things can get fixed and I can trust this formerly dear piece of software like I used to. Why does it seem like more and more upgrades feel like a downgrade these dayze?

Mostly a wrong CPU speed appreciation (half the correct value) due to double core
turn off the warning message as outlined in the FAQ since v2008.build.24

SUPER(C) starts in less than 10 sec on our 7 PCs ranging from W2k to our Win 2003 R2 server..
PC related issues are beyond our tech support.

The bitrate limitation is correct for 11025 & 22050 Hz, however it should spread to 320 kbps with the 44100 Hz. This is a bug.

we haven't added any code to shut down SUPER(C), it might be simply crashing..
The FAQ outlines that SUPER(C) is not compatible with any x64

Re: SUPER x64?

first off thank you very much for listening.
I am sorry about the x64 misunderstanding, I posted here despite my system being a x32 XP Pro SP2. So the abrupt closing of the program after encoding is abnormal. I read reports from other people about this, too.
The long  startup issue could be eliminated by an option to not try to go online at startup, no automatic update check. Or is it there already, onl that I overlooked it?

Besides that, I'll switch to xp x64 soon, too.
