I have 3 DVDs I have ripped with dvdshrink.  I can use SUPER to convert 2 of them to IPOD MP4 with no problems and no errors.  The third acts as if it does the conversion but produces a VERY small MP4 file and gives no errors in SUPER.  The resulting MP4 file is not playable.  Here is the relevant information:

Basic SUPER settings are:

APPLE-Ipod - default settings - no changes (same settings used for all 3 VOB files).
