There are many ways to do that, mostly using javascript. But none of them are fool proof. Actually this is one of the very basic of internet - what you sent to the client can not be hidden. If somethign can be understood by the browser, that can be understood by someone using the browser.

So I would advice you not to waste your time thinking about silly tricks. That is not the way web is designed to be.
