Yahoo Knocks Google Down a Peg in Satisfaction Ranking.

Yahoo, often cast in the role of second fiddle when it comes to search, bested Google in the latest customer satisfaction survey conducted by the University of Michigan. Yahoo saw a 4 percent increase in its satisfaction rating, while Google's slipped by nearly that amount.
