Re: Help to convert using Super

Before I tried "Super", I used another product to convert it to MPEG 1

The conversion appeared to work
BUT
The sound was over a second behind video - quite useless.

I emailed a request for support to the supplier - no response - wasted my money buying the convertor
_____________________________________________________________________________

Since making this plea for support, I have kept trying to convert it so that the CJPG codec is not needed - The conversion was to AVI using MPEG 1 as the video codec.

Surprise, surprise the Sound and Video are equally out of sync exactly the same as in the previous convertor.

______________________________________________________________________________

I am all the more bewildered because when I see/hear that playing the Original Video using 'Super' the Sound, Video and sync is perfect.
SO
Why cant it produce a new file that does not need the CJPG codec that is in sync ??
