Simply you can submit your rss feed given below links

It will helps you to find RSS feeds links as well as for article posting links.
By this you can definitely more drive traffice on your site

Have your rss feed be about a certain topic, or idea. Provide a link to your rss feed so that others can take it and link to it on there site. This will allow someone's site to for example display the 10 ten active topics on this forum.

I think you can urself create RSS Feed.
Please check the url http://searchenginewatch.com/showPage.html?page=2175271 for help.
Or you can download the application from http://www.feedforall.com/download.htm.
As far as generating more traffic and increasing is concerned, below are the few reasons.
==================================
1. RSS feeds provide dynamically changing content so every time the search engine visits the page, it has new content.
2. RSS feeds give you instant theme-related content which search engines like Google love.
3. RSS feeds give you content that is READABLE by search engines because the content is part of your page, unlike javascript feeds which offer no advantage because cannot be read by search engines
4. Your pages get indexed faster, since your content changes daily, so you get more visits from the Googlebot.
==================================
BTW once you have RSS Feed created, submit it in http://www.rss-specifications.com/rss-submission.htm as cyrus has mentioned.
Let me know if this helped you understand.
Thanks
Sachin

Hi,
You need to have content, and then change that content into an RSS. Or better create an RSS that will display that content.
Then you submit the RSS into RSS aggregators to get more exposure of your content, and links in that content.
I have a blog for example, and create an RSS, then submit it so people can read my blog using RSS readers.
