Does anyone know of any existing software which will track my affiliate sales, but also tell me what keywords we have been found on.

We are signed up to over a thousand merchants who we promote both through our site and PPC. In some cases, when using PPC we send the user directly to the merchant site. Is there a way we can find what the users search phrase was without putting any code on the merchants page, other that using several redirects?
