Disableing TEXT Sub rendering

Dear Sir,

I have a MKV file which have one video and two Audio streams (Japanese and English) and Text SUB (in english).

When I encode this file, I always get Text Sub rendered.
I'm trying to find a setting which disables Text Sub rendering, but I can't find one.
The Text Sub is rendered in too large text size.

Is there any way to disable Sub rendering?

Or at least anyway to change the Text Sub size to small font size?

Please help

I have no Errors
The file works, looks and sounds very good once finised. But you guessed that the subs ruine it for me.

I need to transfer the full file to a readable format for PS3. I do not see any Subtitles in other video software, only in the Mplayer given with SUPER. The Subtitles are big white and bulky, they take a third of the screem and once the file is encoded there is no way to turn off teh sub. Every video software always say there are no subtitles present. I have noticed that playing the file in Mplayer before encoding and pressinf the "v" will turn off those subs. I have tried with other files of the same nature, all of wich to date had the same "problem"

My question might seem simple, how do I turn off those subs so they dont end up in my finished files. I am opened to ANY suggestions.

P.S. My intention are NOT to hijack this thread, it seemed that the problem was the same and i tought it useless to make another post about this. My apologies to Yama2000 if I have derouted the purpose of this post.

Re: Disableing TEXT Sub rendering

I guess I should not hold my breath for an answer after 1 week. It is sad that I will have to look into another software to replace SUPER becaus of this nasty side effect, otherwise this would be perfect.

Re: Disableing TEXT Sub rendering

I need an answer to this, and so do MANY others.

We all have MKV files with subtitles.  When using Super to convert to VOB, the subtitles get embedded into the video.

I don't want that, there should be an option to 'include' or 'not include' subtitles in the rendered video.
