W3Exchange / Can't see video rate below 64kbps such as 33kpbs or 42kpbs

Hi,

I am a new user of Super and looking for conversion video bit rate upto as low as 33kpbs. Is that possible to get that included into next version. If yes when will good time to have.

FFmpeg or MEncoder won't render acceptable quality at the mentioned bitrates.
not to mention that some codecs or containers won't even encode at those low bitrates
