Stream 3gp video through Apple Darwin Server

Hey, thanks for any help you can give me. I run tests on cell phones using a box to simulate a network. It's hooked up to a Dell Precision M70 laptop with Abyss Web Server and Apple Darwin freeware streaming server running on it. I want to be able to convert a video into something that is streamable from the laptop, to the phone. I've tried both types of 3gp presets, and I made sure that through the "Other Opts" panel, that it is set to "Streamable H.264, but the phone is still unable to read it. Would you happen to know the exact parameters to make this file readable by a cell phone that is reading in a 3gp stream?

I have tried searching, and this is the closest I have come to seeing something that is close to what I'm looking for:

The only problem is that you mention a script, but you did not give specifics.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
