Convert to Divx with Divx extension
What settings do I use to convert FLV MOV WMV MPG etc. to Divx and end up with a Divx entension? So far I always end up with an AVI Extention.
My output file settings are:
Encode to FileFormat =AVI
Use Video Codec=Divx Size & Aspect as input 1008kbps 29.97 fps
Audio Codec=MP3
Stereo 192kbps, 44,100khz, Audio Stream =Default

DivX is not a file format or container, it is a codec.

What ever it is, how do I convert files and end up with a DivX extension? Is this possible with Super C? I've tried Dr. DivX, and I get a Divx extension but it crashes too often while converting files. I don't pretend to understand a lot about video files, I'm just learning.
