Need help haaving issues with Super

I have a Windows vista 64 bit. I have 2 gbs of ram and an AMD 4400 Proccesor. When I try to convert a file its says error. Here is a picture of the error. PLease help asaphttp://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa319/dragonballz1924/Untitled4.jpg

It would be really helpful if you mentioned what exactly you were trying to do when you got the message. 

It appears that your input file couldn't be decoded for some reason.  You didn't say if you tried using the DirectShow option, which uses the System's codec setup to read the input file instead of letting SUPER try to do it.

It would be nice if SUPER had a decoder setup like that of Media Player Classic, which can play almost anything you throw at it, without any help from the system-installed filters.

Of course, you also might be running afoul of some of Vista's content-protection "features".

Have the same issue  on my laptop,
Not tech minded, this is the info I could find.
Microsoft windows XP Pro
Version 2002
Service pk 2
intel (r)  ocre (tm) dou cpu
T 2000 @ 1.83ghz
987 mhz 0.99GB of ram
is the info i could find on the computer

Ticked unticked etc the direct show decode.

I was trying to decode movie clip to wmv.
