I'm having the same issue. The system requirements state that Super is compatible with Windows XP (which I am running) but when I installed and started the program, I get the message:

Warning - This PC DOES NOT meet the minimum requirements to run SUPER

and then it states:

* OS :: Required: Windows(R) :: Found: Win XP [PROBLEM]

Please help, I really want to use this awesome software on my PC!

Please, please, can someone help us?

It looks like a few of us are having the exact same problem. I really want to use this program.

Turned off AVG Antivirus/Spyware before turning on internet since it was mentioned that antivirus/spyware programs could affect installation.

I have followed the same steps as Cathie listed, with the same results.  My OS is also XP SP2 with all other requirements conforming.  I turned off the warning messages at startup, but the encoding of an mpg to flv always fails.  I have not tried any other conversions, but the playing of the mpg input file works fine through Super.

I too have used several previous versions of Super and have been very pleased with the results.

Can anyone recommend any further troubleshooting steps?
