Infuriating download, no need?!?!?

I like this software and I recently tried to let a friend know about it.

However it seems to me that the web site for downloading this program is a perverse experiment in how to annoy people.  Or alternatively an experiment in the user UNfreindlyness!

Starting from the main page which I like to call ROME as all copied pasted links lead there (http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html)

“Main Features”, “Additional features…”, “Advance Features…” and “Download and try…” click “Start Downloading SUPER” leads to below.

“Main Features” (Copy write warning page) click “download and use” leads to below.

“Why Choose SUPER”, “Create The Largest…”, “Unequal Performance…”, “What Are You Waiting For…” click “Download © SUPER setup file”

Finally I can download the file.  But wait what if I copy the link to send to my friend to help them avoid this sadistic merry-go-round.  You guessed it straight back to ROME.

Here’s and revolutionary idea.  Why not have one page that has a brief description of what the point of this software is.  From there put links to detailed specs and the other reams of information.  But importantly put an easy to see link with a pretty picture next to it so people can easily see how to download it.  I’m sure succinct notices about the fact that this software is free and copy written etc would also fit.

Currently this is most horrible infuriating web site it has been my misfortune to surf!

I can only assume this web site has been designed to hide this piece of software so only a select few can be bothered to down load it.

I appreciate that this is free and bandwidth costs money but there’s no need for this site to be so annoying.

Right on. Totally idiotic webpage. I might have considered a donation, but not after navigating that rat's nest.

As you said,  even if trying to send the supposed link to the installer (exe), all that one end's up with is back to freaking Rome.

The webpage designer seems to be another one of those disturbed intellectual types.
