Own webmail..
Why you use other mail box/server for your own company,
just use Linux for own mailserver.
Setup 4 server
1.DNS server
2.SquirrelMail
3.POP3 / IMAP
4.Sendmail or Qmail
Just you’ve little bit knowledge about PHP.
You must enough ability to manage Linux Server.
Also you use it personally or groups of friend.

problem with Linux is the learnigng curve. If you are planninig to have Linux administrator, the cost advantage goes 
Anyways if you know some linux, this is a great option.
