W3Exchange / trying to get Super to work? With a Sony Ericsson Phone

Is there a step by step list on how to use this program? I am new to the forum and would like to put videos on my Sony Ericsson W810i Walkman phone and don't know how to start the conversion.I drop the video in the bottom box and then I see nothing that says to start the conversion.Am I missing something here?
