hi !
i encountered this thing,
that the encoding icon doesn't appear in the menu,
or below the file list (sometimes it appears but only half icon),
here's a screenshot !
due to this i cannot encode/convert any file to another format,
and while converting videos to .avi format ( when the half encode icon appears) , the converted .avi file plays back very fast ( 3x speed )in WMP !
how can i play anyfile in super,
and how do i convert any file, when there's no encode/convert icon(button) in super.
there should be an encoding/converting option ,when we right click> a file
also super doesn't play the mp3 files or any other in itself, and it's just like a converter
correct if i'm wrong !

you didn't provide any details as requested in the sticky post:
profile, settings, codecs..
so we have absolutely no idea about the content of this AVI file and its structure.

Your information about SUPER(C) are incorrect or incomplete:
SUPER(C) plays ALL the following formats (at least!)
*.3g*;*.ac3;*.amr_nb, *.amr_wb;*.asf;*.avi;*.avs;*.dat
*.fli;*.flc;*.flv;*.mkv;*.mov;*.mp2;*.mp3
*.mp4;*.m4a;*.m4v;*.mpc;*.mpp;*.mpg;*.ogg;*.qt
*.ra*;*.rm*;*.str;*.swf;*.ts;*.trp;*.viv
*.vob;*.wm*;*.wav
All the above is played without any additional external codec to
be installed, absolutely nothing. Necessary codecs are built in!
Please read the product web page, everything is in there..
Also, we have provided on the download page an example of every and each
format to prove that they can be BOTH encoded and played with SUPER(C)

Hello,
I seem to have this same problem because my Super program does not have the encoding icon, preventing me from converting any files.
I dragged and dropped an .flv file in the program. The analysis says the following:
General #0
Count : 167
StreamCount : 1
StreamKind : General
StreamKindID : 0
VideoCount : 0
AudioCount : 0
TextCount : 0
ChaptersCount : 0
FileName : teaser
FileExtension : flv
FileSize : 5060314
FileSize/String : 4.83 MiB
FileSize/String1 : 5 MiB
FileSize/String2 : 4.8 MiB
FileSize/String3 : 4.83 MiB
FileSize/String4 : 4.826 MiB
Format : FLV
Format/String : Flash video
Format/Url : http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer
Format/Extensions : FLV
I want to convert it into avi or some file that will let me import it into Windows Movie Maker. My screen resolution is 800 by 600 pixels, and color quality is highest (32 bit).
Thank you very much for your help!
