Im new to these forums. and im wonderin if anyone has time to discuss w/ me a little about:

VIDEO PART:

"Aspect"                                               
"frame/sec"                                           
"option <--- the option part of super"

AUDIO PART:
"disable Audio / Stream copy"
"Sampling Frequency"
"Channels"
"Birates (kbps)"
"DVD Language Select AudioStream Track #"

OUTPUT PART:
i think it just shows me what i selected for the video and audio part right?

Anywho i'm new to this stuff and any help would be extremely appreciated!
what im really asking is what are these and what do they do and how they affect/alter the video im converting/encoding. thank you
