SWF to GIF animation

What's the deal with this part of this 2007 version (july 4) when it comes to converting a SWF to a GIF ??

I installed this and it DID work on ONE SWF file, since than it no longer wants to convert SWF's.

Also when I have the progrqam set to this function,( gif animation)  and I close the program, it gives me a strange ERROR BOX with  "Not a valid intanger value" , when I try to open the program again, I end up clicking on this error box at least 4 times to get the program to open again.  But it still will not convert any SWF from this point on.

If I change the convert function to something else like MP3 or AVI or anything else the program will open with the exe icon as usual    ???

All I wanted was to find a program that will convert SWF's to GIF's and this one seemed to be able to do that, but now I don't know what to do to make it work.

When I select any SWF I have, it now gives me an error when trying to convert it too.

ANY one out there have any idea what this is all about?
