Maximal Encoder Settings - S.E. P990
How updated are the settings for the Sony Ericsson P990 3gp/MP4 settings? I need to know what the optimal settings are that would cover this unit. These ideal settings would have to take full advantage of the handset capabilities like QVGA (320x240). Unfortunately, I can not obtain information what the video/audio bitrate that this unit can handle for smooth play. Thanks.

As you could imagine, we are not cell phones supplier and we don't carry a database
for the whole 62 phone manufacturer and the 11500 mobile phone available models,
not to mention other iPods, PSP, pocket PC etc..
If you like 320x240 then simply select it, as for the bitrate, its is totally useless to
encode higher than 350~450 Kbps as you won't absolutely notice any quality
difference on a small cell phone screen.
